In order to ensure the best quality assurance system, it is extremely desirable to test and inspect the product at each stage of manufacturing including raw materials and finished goods.
All the raw materials are procured only from internationally approved companies known for their quality products and once the material is received with their product certificate, Seashore Cables quality team tests and inspects the same again. Only those materials, which meet Seashore Cables Factory internal standards, are released for production. In-Process Inspection: A team of well-experienced and qualified personnel, dedicated to quality, inspects and test all the in-process materials at every stage and materials complies to the specified requirements are only released for next process.
Seashore Cables products before leaving warehouse undergo the entire applicable tests according to the standard to which it is manufactured. Routine tests are carried out for conformity to the specifications on 100% products.
Sample test are carried out at regular intervals as per the applicable standards to conform the product quality. Type Tests are carried out by ISO 17025: 2005 certified independent laboratories according to the specified sampling plan as per National, International or Customer requirements.
The Type Test of our cables has been carried out at Amit Test & Calibration Centre, New Delhi, India and at BASEC (British Approval Service for Cables), U.K. Website: www.seashorecables.com
Also type tests are carried out internally at regular intervals in Seashore Cables QC laboratory also, in order to demonstrate satisfactory performance characteristics to meet the intended application. The Quality Department aims at presenting a range of products to the customers that is characterized by quality, speed and accuracy and at the same time, provide the after sales services and follow up in the least time possible.
Safety Assurance: Special insulation or sheathing is done for cables with Fire Resistant (FR) or Fire Resistant Low Smoke (FRLS) PVC compound with enhanced flame resistance properties to ensure high- end safety for both domestic and industrial cabling wherever applicable.
